Purchased vehicle for $8k on 11/11/2019. It broke down within 12 hours of purchase. Dealer added an after the fact warranty and promised that would cover anything wrong with the vehicle. After having vehicle inspected by a mechanic, it was discovered vehicle had been throwing a transmission code for several months prior to purchase. Dealer then offered to refund vehicle purchase price within 10 days of his credit line being "freed up" or replace vehicle with one of contest value as the estimated replacement of the transmission was $13,000 which exceeded the value of the ***. The vehicle was advertised by the dealer as being in dif working order and a "great investment."
