Stay away!!! This company just likes to acquire the account and a rosy pretense then suck you dry with hidden fees, lack of management and accountabilityThey can not deliver on their serviceUnprofessional, scrupulous at looking for ways to do less, divide BOD and charge more Previous reviews are spot onThey blame you and don't return phone calls or honor requests for mtgsThey need to be reviewed by the DBPRmonths into our contract and they still are not fully transitionedThankfully we did not lock in yrs as they wanted we wanted month to month and settled for yearThat's the trapHorrible

It is clear to me why there are so many poor reviews for this company. Their accounting department is so inefficient which caused us to pay an extra $50 in late fees when in fact they were the ones that made the mistake. My husband emailed over to them twice our account info for auto payment, I spoke with them as well and was assured everything would be taken care of. To our surprised we received another late notice for December and a fee of $50. The woman I spoke with, Stacy, had promised to get back to me the second time I called...amd she never did. When asking for the name of a supervisor she first said there was no one else there to talk to then later gave me the name of "[redacted]" but wasn't allowed to give me the last name, although she is a supervisor of customer service. So disappointed our HOA switched to this company,

Unprofessional, scrupulous at looking for ways to do less, divide BOD and charge more ... Previous reviews are spot on... They blame you and don't return phone calls or honor requests for mtgs. They need to be reviewed by the DBPR. 6 months into our contract and they still are not fully transitioned. Thankfully we did not lock in 2 yrs as they wanted we wanted month to month and settled for 1 year.. That's the trap... Horrible.

I moved out Saturday 11/30/2013 per my end of my lease and 30 day notice. I returned U-haul Sunday 11/31/2013 I moved into my new place 11/30/2013. I turned in all keys & garage door opener Monday evening 12/2/2013 confirmed with receptionist and text. Important dates drop off the keys on 12/2/2013 I received a breakdown via certified mail on 12/28/2013 the postage for this certified mail was paid for on 12/27/2013 regardless both dates are past the CA law 21 day time frame this the main and sole reason for my full deposit refund of $1,395.00 in addition to 3 items I fixed and repaired in the home outside of normal repairs that the landlord was supposed to refund me for. Front door knob as existing one broke inside due to age, slider door handle replaced as orig broke/bent, and master bedroom bath toilet seat hinge broke due to age. I purchased and fixed all 3 items. We have advised the tenant that he will need to follow up directly with the landlord if he wishes to continue to dispute this matter, as this was a landlord decision. This matter is directly between the landlord and the tenant. I have attached the letter and response that I have already submitted to the tenant for your review.
