We conducted a Lead Inspection at [redacted] on February **, 2014, and the NYC DOHMH also inspected a few days later. The findings from our report did differ from NYC DOHMH. This much is true. We explained to [redacted] over multiple phone conversations that we stand behind our results. The device used has been calibrated by the manufacturer and is also calibrated locally utilizing NIST Standards. There are times when sampling and results will yield different results depending on location of testing.
We offered [redacted] a full refund due to her poor customer experience but not on the terms that Exclusive Testing Labs Inc. did any wrong doing. We also offered to demonstrate the calibration procedures along with retesting. She has refused along with making false statements such as on this complain where she states she came to our office to pick up the check, she did not come, she sent her kids.
We will gladly refund the full amount, under the understanding that there has been no wrong doing on part of Exclusive Testing Labs Inc.
