[redacted] purchased a Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Offshore from us, the watch that he purchased was pre owned it was not brand new. The watch was in perfect working condition before shipment. All of our watches come with a one year warranty and we ONLY use original manufacture parts to repair them. [redacted] went Audemars Piguet to get a link removed and they told them that the watch had a damaged crown, instead of calling us and fixing the issue and getting the service for free he decided to give it to them and pay $1500 for the repair. If he would have contacted us before giving it to them he wouldn't have had to pay a single dollar. This is our first ever complaint in 25 years in business. [redacted] said that he will stop the complaints when we will send him a free buckle and a free rubber strap for his watch a value of $1,500 which we cannot do because we do not give out free accessories on watches. If this will keep on going I will have to give this over to my attorney b ecause it is not fair for us to have a customer leaving negative reviews and demanding free things when he is the one that paid for a repair that he couldov gotten for free. If he wants he can send us the watch back and we will refund him his money but first he will have to remove all negative reviews from the Internet.

[redacted] has purchased a PRE OWNED Audemars...

Piguet Royal Oak Offshore Chronograph
form us, before shipment we inspected the watch to see if it was running
perfectly as we do with all of our time pieces. when we shipped it out to [redacted] he emails us saying that the watch was damaged and that we have lied and
ripped him off. He then asked us to send him a free rubber band and a deployment
buckle that is a value of $1000.00, he then says that the watch was opened by
an unauthorized service rep from ** when in reality it was. All of our watches
come with a 1 year warranty, the customer decided to send the watch to [redacted] and pay for the "damages" instead of sending it back to us
free of charge. the watch was pre owned and it was running and working
perfectly before shipment. if he would have sent us the watch instead we would
have repaired it for free. we have been in business for 24 years and this our
first Revdex.com complaint, we have over 10 million dollars in merchandise and we have
a store from in midtown manhattan. I hope that we can resolve this issue but he
in order for us to do that he wants free things that we cannot offer him. he
did not even tell us that he was having an issue with the watch he did not warn
us he just sent it straight to ** without contacting us. As I stated before we
have a 1 year warranty and he did not have to pay for the service or repair but
he chose to pay with someone else.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

[Your Answer Here]This complain is slowly snowballing out of control.
The original issue was me buying a 16k watch sold as " in mint condition" that ended up being badly damaged. How could an authorised AP dealer miss such a bad dent ? The seller definitely knew about it, but kept it for himself when asking if anything was sketchy. Even if the item is pre owned, the seller HAS to be honest when selling such an expensive piece. It's clearly and hidden defect. How can I trust the seller to fix my watch after he lied to be about the watch's condition ?

I'm definitely rejecting the response made by the seller. Beside the documents I already provided, here are some more pictures showing how EXCLUSIVE TIME NYC treats his customers. You can clearly see on that picture from the website where I bought the watch from that it has been dropped badly on the crown. An impact on the crown is a serious problem, and the watch has been sold has "mint condition".  The seller keeps saying the watch has been serviced and fixed by an authorised dealer in NYC. After visiting the official boutique of AP, we couldn't find any history of any type concerning that case's number. As said before, authorised dealers are the only stores that carry official AP parts.  As proved earlier with an official AP quote, the crown was damaged, the screws were messed up, making the watch not water proof anymore since the case has been opened and only AP dealer could change the joints...  Please see below how nice the seller gets back to me after spending 16k in his business, and telling him I will report him to the Revdex.com if he doesn't want to accept the fact that the dent is clearly visible on the picture he sent before processing payment.  Let me know if anything else is needed Best *  **

Review: I bought a $16,000 pre-owned watch from EXCLUSIVE TIME NYC that was supposed to be in MINT condition. When I received the package and after getting it checked out, the official boutique found out that the crown was badly damaged. The watchmakers realized that the mechanism as well wasn't running correctly due to broken parts. Before moving forward and purchasing the watch, the seller confirmed that it has been serviced by an authorized dealer, and that it's working perfectly. After doing researches with the official store, we couldn't track any official services done to that exact case.+- The case has been badly opened, messing up the screws and making the watch not waterproof anymore.- The watch has been dropped creating a dent on the crown. It's clearly visible after being pointed at on the pictures the seller sent before processing payment. (He knew about it but keeps on denying it)- The watch has never been serviced by an authorized dealerMy time piece has been sent to the factory to get fixed. Beside the fact of waiting 10 months, I will have to pay $1534 to get it fixed.I sent the quote to the seller but he refuses to pay and hear anything.Desired Settlement: I want the seller to cover the charge of the full service. The watch I bought was supposed to be in MINT condition according to the seller. It ends up being badly damaged.
