Richie and the rest of the Exclusive Van Lines crew were punctual and did everything right as my family moved from Tampa, Florida to Atlantic in IowaMy husband and I prepared for the move very well, and the knowledgeable contact center representatives of Exclusive Van Lines made the planning quite easyWe were moving from quite a big house, and so we had many things to carryThe crew did not tire or take unnecessary long breaksThey wrapped and parked everything with great care, and when the things came to Atlantic, nothing was missing, and everything was intact
Where to start? Bad from start to finishI'm partly to blame for not following my instincts and signing an agreement anyway after I discovered the first "untruth." From promising my things would be on a truck to the final destination within a day or two (while explaining that they couldn't put that in the agreement because of interstate regulations), to showing up late with no call or explanation, to delayed shipping from even the second "promised" date, to the ultimate fiasco upon delivery, this company is a disgrace to the moving industry! I was charged double what I should have been for delivery at the final destination because the driver would not park his truck where the building officials AND city police said he should parkThe "customer service" staff was unhelpful and apathetic to my concernsDo NOT use this moving company! They provide lip service until they have your property in their controlAfter that, they do what they want when they want
Exclusive Van Lines sent four movers and two vans to move us from Marietta, GA to Reno, Nevada. We had done the packing and kept the things in a storage room. The movers were very quick and careful loading the things. Some of our rather delicate stuff were excellently loaded by the Exclusive Van Lines crew, and even the dresser was delivered without any scratches. The movers checked to ensure that nothing was missing and that everything was in the right condition. It was perfect work by perfect guys.
This is the most crooked bunch of clowns. Very worthless company. The guy claiming to run the show gave me an estimate and said he'd be present during pickup and that they'd Barcode every item. Lies. Then he said they'd weigh the truck, they don't weigh the trucks. More lies. So the guys show up and sit around, literally, for 2 hrs. Then spend an hour loading the truck in a way in order to take up 26 feet. They could've fit it all in a 20 footer but tried their best to take up space to charge double. Then they put it in a 50+ ft trailer and say they can't fit it in a residential area and that they need to charge more. [redacted] is a [redacted] kissing liar. Please don't ever work with them. They took advantage of my family's hard situation.

Avoid this company at all costs. They under estimated our move and then came back at the 11th hour increasing our quote by $2000 4 days before our move. We were bullied by their customer service 'supervisor' who was supposed to be trying to help us out and save the deal. They said 'you aren't getting your deposit back' so basically we were in a situation of losing the 1400 deposit we paid or paying an extra 2k for our move. We decided it was worth losing the deposit due to the fact of how horribly we were treated. Never in my life have I experienced such poor customer service. Please please please don't book this company.
