Called customer to resolve return policy issue. Customer will be receiving the higher memory variances phone without paying restocking fee.
Spoke to customer and sent receipt of exchange and financial agreement for new iphone 64gb. Spoke to customer to confirm that all issues were resolved and gave personal number to ensure all business needs are met.
