After six years of Consistently difficult and rude customer service combined with a consistently non intuitive and bug ridden website for paying bills; I'm left with the conclusion that they intentionally make it difficult to pay your bills so they can penalize youPaying your bill with this company is always an exhaustive procedure

Paying your bill with this company is always an exhaustive procedure.
I have Cde Internet and phone in my business. Almost every holiday our internet and phones go out. With no internet, no credit card machine. No phone line , again no credit card machine. Since most people do not carry cash this is a huge loss of business without compensation for the service provider.
