Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: They issued the refund on 2/20/then charged my credit card again for $ on 3/13/15!!! I did not authorize this! This is beyond unacceptableNow they need to issue another refund and remove my credit card from their systemI have never used their services to date, nor do I wish to use their services in the future Sincerely, [redacted]

RevDex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. My only concern is that I have read previously that customers who were properly canceled were once again later charged monthly fees again.
