In the interim Mr. [redacted] called The[redacted] spoke to [redacted] who verified the address was missing the apartment number. We explained to Mr. [redacted] We would contact the accounting department to place a stop on the check and re-issue a new one adding the apartment number to the address. Instead this application process took 4 weeks in which this time period it was us calling and asking repeatedly what else was needed. The incompetance of this agent is beyond words. This company consistently rips people off of deposits why are they permited to do business?
It took our Bank to get involved and for me to file an order of Fraud is that fair. Six weeks of tying up a persons money?
An apology and a reform of their business practices is what is needed. Look on the internet and see how past tenants rate them. Not to mention no response from that [redacted] person. So am I satisfied NO
