Executive Auto Care

The old Executive Auto was great before this guy bought out the company. I had an issue with over-spray on my truck and stopped in for an estimate. I believe the guys name was [redacted] that was working there. He looked at my vehicle and gave me hope that they could fix it without using harsh chemicals.
As we went back in the building his focus changed to how they mostly work on high end cars but will do the normal cleanings to get by. He then proceeded to explain about the clear coat film that they put on vehicles and his boss was finishing up that type of job on an exotic car. This went on for 15-20 minutes as other customers were waiting behind me. I got their number and I gave him mine and he said he would get with his boss and give me a call back. The next day I called him later on in the afternoon after not hearing back from him and he chuckled and said he forgot to talk with the owner/boss and would do so and have him call me back, well that never happened to date
