We do apologize for the lack of communication regarding this matterExecutive Auto Shippers is a shipping brokerWe do not at any time take possession of the vehicle being transported, but rather facilitate the shipping via a motor carrier companyThis process works basically the same way a travel agent or travel web site facilitates your travel plans through the use of an airlineAs such the liability for damage rests upon the carrier company and/or their insurance providerExecutive Auto Shippers did assist this customer with the process of filing this claim with the motor carrier and/or their insurance providerThis claim was denied by the liable parties, as the damage was reported after delivery and not noted on the condition report at the time of deliveryAgain, we do not make these decisions or determinations, but rather assist and facilitate with the paperwork and procedures of filing the claimHowever, in this case we are willing to reimburse the customer for the amount of the damage, in an attempt to rectify our lack of communication after the claim was denied by the motor carrier and insurance providerWe will attempt to directly contact this customer to negotiate this settlement
