customer service number is clearly listed, along with our fax number and address. We do our best to answer each and every call that comes in to our office, but if someone calls while we are taking care of another customer, then of course they will get no answer. [redacted] received, and should have read all of the documents sent to him before he signed them. We have fulfilled on everything that was promised to [redacted]. All of our phones are working properly with only 1 day down because of internet and technical problems.
