The customer called the store on 9-21-16 and let them know the check was not received.  The process was sent to the the accounting department to have the check looked into and start the procedure of stop payment. To Whom It May Concern: Per our records, Mr [redacted] rented a vehicle on 9/13/16. Mr. [redacted]  rented a vehicle for an out of state trip to Ohio. All of our out of state rental requests require pre-authorization, by state specificity for toll & mileage purposes.Mr. [redacted] apparently...

traveled to Kentucky (versus Ohio), returned the vehicle with a fuel level of empty. Furthermore, Mr. [redacted] stated that he was upset regarding his 2015 Cadillac Escalade and did not drive it for the duration of his rental period as a reason for his request for refund, yet the vehicle odometer upon return reflects an additional 1,037 miles in addition the fuel consumption. According to our rental agreement terms & conditions listed on our contract, Mr. [redacted] is responsible for fuel charges, services charges and out of state fees according to his authorized utilization versus executed travel. Currently, Mr. [redacted] owes Executive Car Rental $250.70.
