When Mr*** first expressed displeasure, we called him a number of times and, as he affirms, he did not respond. He then filed this complaint. I called and emailed him immediately. He responded and we came to an agreement immediately. From our point of view, this is
settled and he agreed to so inform you

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 26, 2015/12/09) */
We are sorry that Mr*** wss inconvenienced by an opt out link that did not workTo the best of our knowledge, everything is working well now but if he would email me a copy of the correspondence sent to him including the link in question,
we will verify that it works properly
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 28, 2015/12/10) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I do not accept this responseAll along I've asked for written confirmation from the person I called at 3:20pm on October 15, (edit: *** *** I left a message with this person to describe the issue in detailI also provided my contact email with complete spelling; asked that my email be removed from ECPs mailing list; and that I be provided written confirmation to my email address
Again, the issues here are that Executive Career Partners sent an unsolicited email with a non-working opt-out link; they did not alert recipients that responding to ECP's email will result in a bounce-back; and worse, ECP continued sending these unsolicited emails with non-working opt-out links for the next months, even after I had placed the call to this person *** ***
To resolve this issue, I would like to receive the written response I've always been asking for from this person *** *** The response would confirm that my email address has been removed from ECPs mailing list and preferably would provide an apology for all my wasted time due to ECP's incompetence and poor customer service
Final Business Response /* (4000, 30, 2015/12/15) */

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 13, 2015/11/11) */
We had reached a settlement of this disputeWithout admitting to any breach of contract, we agreed an what would be necessary to resolve mattersTo that end, I sent her a release which included the settlement amount we agreed onShe than
decided, after having previously agreed to the proposed resolution, that is was not enoughI let her know we would be gatting back to her in a few days
I will try to resolve this but if we cannot, I will suggest she submit the issue to arbitration and will seek the help of the Revdex.com in expediting matters
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 15, 2015/11/16) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I agree with every thing up to the point of "She than decided, after having previously agreed to the proposed resolution, that is was not enough."
The release they asked me to sign was against my interests per my attorneyClearly, I am interested in resolving - I initiated this claim and have been super responsive to the party although they have not been as responsive to me
I am committed to resolving this and will keep you posted on their response to me
Final Business Response /* (4000, 19, 2015/12/09) */
Since we were unaware of the consumer's response until the Revdex.com's email of December 7, 2015, we, of course, did not respondwhile our position is unchanged, we will reach out to the consumer today to see if we can reach a mutually agreeable solutionIf we cannot, we will suggest that she submit the dispute for arbitration as provided in our contract
Final Consumer Response /* (2000, 21, 2015/12/10) */

The client and I talked. We are working on an amicable resolution. If we are unable to do so, we will ask for the Revdex.com's assistance in getting this dispute into arbitration as quickly as possible

I have reviewed Mr. [redacted]'s contract with us and find that we have met our obligations.  He had a chance to exercise his money back guarantee and did not do so.I have attempted to reach him to see if my observation about meeting our obligations is erroneous.  If so, I will try to reach...

a mutually agreeable resolution.  If not, I will also try to rach a mutually agreeable resolution.  In the event that we cannot resolve me matters, we will submit the is[redacted] to binding arbitration with the Revdex.com.  As soon as I here back from Mr. [redacted], I will update the Revdex.com.

I called the client on Saturday, Aug 5.  He told me he received his refund.  Case closed.

This complaint should never have been filed.[redacted] sent us a letter of complaint.  Had it arrived, we would have responded quickly.  It did not arrive; instead, it was returned to him.   While all this was transpiring, [redacted] may have concluded we were ignoring him and...

as a result, he filed the complaint. When the complaint arrived, rather than get into the merits of his complaint, we felt it was in the best interest of all parties to amicably resolve this matter.  According, we responded immediately and achieved a mutually agreeable resolution.  Please see attached letter from [redacted] for further information and corroboration.

Revdex.com:
I did speak with ECP and we came to an agreement...however, I have yet to receive the refund they promised.  I am only saying this has been resolved satisfactorily with the contingency that I receive the refund. (reference to complaint ID [redacted]).
Sincerely,
[redacted]

This complaint came in Monday, March 20.  Never before had she asked for any kind of a refund.  In fact, we had a progress meeting scheduled with her for later is the week of March 20.    I called her immediately upon receipt of the complaint and after a day of phone tag,...

we reached an amicable resolution.  She has agreed to inform you that the dispute has been amicably resolved.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:This refund should have been made on July 17th.  It is now July 28th and they still have not...

processed my refund, each time giving me another excuse why it didn't go through.  Even sent me a confirmation, with someone else's name, address, refund amount, completely wrong personJuly 19th email - [redacted] told me new [redacted] joined the company and may have missed processing my refundJuly 20th email - [redacted] told me [redacted] was out with a family medical issue July 25th email - [redacted] told me refund has been processed, but I did not receive anything.  Turns out they sent me details of another person, different address, credit card, etc.July 27th email - [redacted] told me refund has been processed, did not receive any refund.July 28th email - Still did not receive refund and [redacted] says they cannot trace the refund As of July 28th evening, I still have not received any refund.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

After gathering all the facts, ECP and the client have arrived at a mutually agreeable resolution.  The client has agreed to corroborate that this dispute has been amicably settled.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.This is based on the...

assurances made by one of the managing principals that a new campaign will be developed and begin quickly.
Sincerely,

The refund was made on July 25th via a credit to his account.  There was no dispute.  We owed him the money and we paid it.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:  I reached out to [redacted] directly and specifically requested my money back based on his companies money back guarantee language in his contract.  [redacted] just said that he had to wait and talk to the sales rep, [redacted], who was on vacation.  He promised to call me back after they had spoken.  [redacted] never called me back, so his claim that he attempted to reach me is false.  [redacted], however did call me back and I told him that I wanted to exercise the MBG.  [redacted] said that he would have to talk to [redacted] and that one of them would call me back....  Well, I have never received a call or any correspondence from them or anyone from their firm.  The bottom line is that their contract guaranteed my money back if I was not satisfied with their services.  This was their main selling point.  My original complaint details the chronology of events.  On another note, I have to express my dissatisfaction with this business practice in general.  If you are going to sell resumes, websites and letters than stick with that program, but when you make claims that you generally find jobs for people based on your firms network of recruiters and the "Non published" market and find jobs for people within 1.5 months, this is just misleading and wrong.  Their are a lot of extremely qualified folks out there desperately seeking employment.  This firm is trolling the internet trying to find the unsuccessful job seekers not unlike they predatory lenders from the housing bubble.
Sincerely,
[redacted]
