Review: On December **, 2013 I entered the T-Mobile store (no signs to indicate "Authorized Retailer") and specifically asked the clerk [redacted] if they were a T-mobile Corporate/Company store. He assured me that they were. Based on that I opened an account. On December **, 2013 I visited a different T-mobile Corporate store close to my residence and attempted to return the device and close my account. I was informed then that I did business with an Authorized Retailer and will have to return to the original location of purchase in [redacted] to close my account. This was also confirmed when I call T-mobile customer Service. I then drove from [redacted] to [redacted] to the original store to close the account. They were deceptive in their practice by assuring me they were a Corporate/Company store.On January [redacted] I received a bill for $261.16 because my account was not closed as requested on December **, 2013.Desired Settlement: The business should indicate they are an Authorized Retailer. I would also like a refund of the restocking fee since I couldn't return the device to the closest location. Had to drive during the holiday traffic from [redacted] to [redacted]. I also asked that the bill for $261.16 be reversed since the store failed to close my account on December [redacted].
