Executive Charter

Review: renting of a charter bus by our religious organisation with contract{contract copy is retained with us}on july [redacted] ,2014. But the bus company refused to give us the bus without giving us 24 hour's notice though a $200 advance was taken by the bus company for assurance to give us the bus on the same day. The whole deal was $1200 for 57 passangers bus. ultimately we had to rent a bus in emergency with a $500 extra rent on the same day. we were refusd bu the bus company on july [redacted] at 12 p.m against we are supposed to get the bus at 7.30 a.am on july [redacted],2014.Instead the bus co. didn,t give us any specific reason for not giving us the bus. We think the bus co. intentionally harrased us for his own interesr having a breach of contract.This complaint is being made by us to protect other organisations not to be suffered by this kind of illegal activities by those business organisation.Desired Settlement: The advance and the emergency excess expd.for renting another bus{$200 advance&+$492.00 emergency bus rent}.
