I am rejecting this response because:
#1... I immediately told you that I dropped off a brown suit...
( I guess you missed that as you were so busy defending
Your computer system) I also told you that it was too small.
#2 while you are defending you system.. I dropped off a JUMPSUITS,
Not a dress... I am honored I reviewed that back.
#3 you did NOT. Go in the back to look.. You did not check the computer until
We "talked" for at least 10 minutes. You were rude and condescending.
#4 I have found 12 customers so far that has received wrong merchandise and
Received the same attitude and service so I know this has happened before .
#5 I am taking responsibility for not noticing your mistake
Earlier.. I should have checked immediately
#5 I asked for no money.. No compensation, I was calm...
You were rude and accused me of lying and trying
To get money out of you. I am unbelievably diss appointed in your
Management and business sense.
#6. After all is said and done...
This is NOT our suit.
Sincerely,

Our records show that the customer came on Decemberr 10th 2014, not November as her complain indicates. Our clerk wrote up the invoice, describing what she had dropped off her original receipt indicated that she had 4 items. Of the four items two were a [redacted] and a [redacted]. A receipt was written while the customer was waiting in our store  indicating what the items were, she then  paid for the four  items at time of drop off  and a receipt was given to the customer  indicating what she had brought in for cleaning. The items were cleaned and processed on December 11th, 2014 as promised to the customer. On December 19th 2014 at 10:17 a.m the customer came in and picked up all four items, again the same four items that were on the original receipt were handed to her. Eight months after she picked up the garments, on August  7th, 2015, Mrs [redacted] came in to our facility indicating that we gave her the wrong suit. With the suit she brought in her receipt which was given to her with the garments  which indicated that she had a [redacted] Jacket and a [redacted] pants.  We immediately looked up her account to determine what she had brought in. The invoice stated she had brought in a black jacket,  [redacted],  and a black pants, [redacted]  We then Scanned the bar code on the jacket and the pants the both matched the description of the items at hand. At no time prior to the complaint being filed to the Revdex.com did she indicate that her suit was brown.  We can not accept this claim since all documentation provided by the customer is in fact a match with the receipt given to her, at time of drop off,  the invoice attached to the garment at time of pick up and our computer records.
I have attached copy of the customer invoice.

I contacted the customer this morning, and I believe we resolved the issue. Unfortunately our blouse presser had a family emergency and had to leave earlier than anticipated yesterday, as a result a few items were not pressed thus we held the items behind for today so that they can be...

professionally pressed. When the customer came in , the order was not packaged since one (1) of the 7 items that we took in was not ready. Our clerk failed to clearly explain what took place, I Personally talked to the customer this morning explained what happened and gave her the cost to clean the blouse back on her account plus we offered to re clean and press the item when the customer returns from her trip. Again our apologies!

Review: I dropped off my husbands suit along with his tie and my jumpsuit after we attended a wedding in late November. I picked up the clothes in December and put them in a closet . Being that it was a dark brown heavy suit, we didn't use the suit until this month my daughter's wedding . I went to get the suit.. My jumpsuit and the tie were there but the suit was a small black suit. When I brought it back to the cleaners, the owner would not even entertain the thought that it was a computer glitch or human error.. Just kept telling me that this was the suit I brought in and this was my problem. She wouldn't look in the back.. Nor would she even acnowledge that this really could be a mistake! She was rude, disrespectful and completely unwavering . I said " this is my daughter 's wedding. She said not my problem. I am left with a black suit and the loss of a $700 suit that I need to replace.Desired Settlement: There are so many options that they could have offered.. The least being understanding and a courtesy that I wasn't a liar. Even offering to pay for a rental tux for him while they were searching for his suit would have been better than what we got!!! I would like at least some of the suit paid for .. They lost it.. But I also claim a little responsibility for not checking it when I picked it up

Response:

Customer dropped off 4 items on December 10th 2014 each item was described on the computer with the color and name brand. An invoice wss written and a copy of same was given to the customer. A bar code was affixed to the item and the bar code assigned to the item and invoice. On December 19th the customer picked up their order. On August 7th 8 months after the order was processed and picked up the customer returned indicating the suit was not hers. We did our due deligence, scanned the item and it scanned as originally written. We check the invoice no changes made to the item since it was dropped off. The customer indicated that her suit came from [redacted]. The brand on the suit is [redacted] which is a men wearhouse suit. I explained all of this to the customer however she wasn't satisfied. She left and shorty thereafter her husband [redacted] came in. Again we explained that the items that were returned to them were the same four items that they had brought in for cleaning.
