Review: I have been trying to pay a bill on behalf of my daughter, [redacted], (ID [redacted]). I called and spoke to [redacted] and set up a payment plan for $100.00 per month with the first payment scheduled for April 10, 2015. I gave him my debit information at that time. The payment never cleared my account so I called back on April 15, 2015. At that time, I spoke to [redacted] and scheduled another payment of $100.00 for April 16, 2015 and amending my payment due date to the 16th of each month. Once again, that payment was never submitted to my bank. I then mailed a check in the amount of $130.00 (check [redacted]) on April 25, 2015. As of today's date (May 14, 2015), that payment has not cleared my account. On May 12, 2015, I mailed a payment in the amount of $100.00 using certified mail. I spoke with [redacted] at ext [redacted] on May 12, 2015 asking her where my payments were. She would not discuss the account with me. [redacted] then called me back on May 13, 2015 saying she could talk to me about payment since I was the one attempting to pay the account. She assured me that an attempt would be made to find the missing check and would document that I had mailed another payment. On May 14, 2015, I received a letter from [redacted] stating that this matter had been reported on my daughter's credit report and would remain there for the next seven years. On my first conversation with [redacted], he assured me that this would not go on her credit report as long as I was trying to work with them to take care of this matter. I left a voice mail with [redacted] after reading this letter. I am getting very grumpy over this whole situation as I am the one continually reaching out trying to take care of this matter. I am trying to be courteous and cooperative to rectify this situation, so I don' t appreciate the ugly and threatening letters when I have tried to make payment on four separate occasions. I am on the verge of hiring an attorney.Desired Settlement: Help me to get this bill paid without reporting on my daughter's credit report. If in fact this has been documented on her credit report it needs to be removed and a copy of her cleared credit report sent to her.

Actually one of the checks that were mailed to [redacted] was returned to the maker by the post office in a damaged condition.The account has now been paid in full, any information sent to the credit bureaus has been eliminated.[redacted]
