THIS IS THE FIRST CONTACT MADE SINCE WE FIXED THE TRANSMISSION ISSUE ON THIS VEHICLE FREE OF CHARGE, WE HAVE RECEIVED NO MESSAGES OR WE CERTIANLY WOULD HAVE
RETURNED THE PHONE CALLS AS WE DID THE FIRST TIME MS*** CONTACTED ME REGARDING THE LENGHTLY REPAIR ON THE FIRST VISIT FOR A TRANSMISSION ISSUEI WOULD RECOMMEND THAT SHE CONTACT ME DIRECTLY FROM THIS POINT ON AS I ALWAYS RESPOND TO A CUSTOMERS NEEDS
WE WILL CERTAINLY HELP WITH THIS ISSUEWE WILL REINBURSE HER FOR THE OUT OF POCKET EXPENSE OF THE SEVEN HUNDRED THAT SHE PAID WITH A COPY OF THE RECIEPTI UNDERSTAND THAT MS*** IS EXPECTING TROUBLE FREE DRIVING AS SHE SHOULD , HOWEVER THERE IS NO WAY ANY DEALER WOULD REPLACE A BATTERY THAT TESTED GOOD SEVERAL MONTHS AGO NOR WOULD WE OR ANY OTHER DEALER BE RESPONSIBLE FOR A BATTERY THAT WENT DEAD AFTER SEVERAL MONTHS WITH NO ISSUES BEFORE HANDWE ALSO NEED TO UNDERSTAND THAT THIS IS A PREOWNED CAR WITH MILES ON IT AND SOMETHINGS WILL POP UP AS YOU GO ALONG WE WILL OFFER TO REPLACE THE BATTERY FREE OF CHARGE ALSO
I WOULD LIKE TO OFFER MS*** THE ITEMS DISCUSSED TO GIVE GOOD WILL AND TO ALSO DO THE RIGHT THING, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT SHE DOES NOT CANCEL THE WARANTY HOWEVER AND IF THERE ARE ANY OTHER ISSUES WITH THIS VEHICLE IN THE FUTURE I WAOULD ASK THAT MS*** CALLS ME DIRECTLY AT *** *** *** AND I WOUILD BE GLAD TO HELP IF THERE IS A NEED IN THE FUTURE

Along with receiving the correspondence from the Revdex.com, [redacted] emailed me regarding her issue with her [redacted]. I immediately reached out to here and have exchanged several emails....

I have scheduled her for Monday June 27, 2016 to bring her car to the dealership to have the repairs completed. I apologized for our lack of communication through her issues and assured her that I will be following her car through the body shop monday to make sure it is repaired correctly and in a timely manner. I also offered to provide her with alternate transportation while the repair was being completed.

Review: I signed a two year contract that they decided they no longer wanted to honor! They would not fix my truck.. unless I canceled contract. I have no coverage for the second year of my contract.Desired Settlement: If my truck needs any repair that they pay for it for the next year.

Review: I totalled my previous [redacted] in a snow storm and the insurance company gave me 3 days to purchase a new car or I would be with out. since I was already working with this business for my [redacted] I stayed there instead of running around looking for a car. they had no vechiles in my price range except this [redacted] edge. I took it home mid march had it for 9 days but I only drove it 6 days. all of a sudden the transfer case went. I paid for half the tow to the shop and they gave me a rental. they covered it because my extended warrenty was not in effect yet or else they werent. I stated how much I dislike the car and that if its having issues already I did not want it. they had the car for 35 days fixing it. I finally called the manager and compained. he did not know they were paying for it all plus the rental so he gave them a hard time. within a week the car was done. 3 months later 2 sensors go in the transmittion. I pay to have it towed to [redacted]. nothing is covered under my warrenty. I called executive again 2 times complaining and leaving messages. I got no calls back in return. also left a message about cancleing my extended warrenty since it does me no good, and never herd back. I paid $700 to have this problem fixed. and this time had to even pay for a rental seperatly for 5 days. now a month later I have a completely dead battery. why wasnt it tested or a new battery put in. thats another 400 dollars down the drain.Desired Settlement: I want a different car or this loan cancled and the car given back. im a single mother and can not afford all these issues
