ID # ***This is in regards to a complaint filed by *** ***On May 26th Mr*** called in to inquire about our servicesWhen he advised me he was uncertain of the actual issue with his pool I told him that for us to come out would be a service callI informed him our
service call rates were $for the first hour and $every hour afterI told him when there is trouble shooting involved it is not considered an estimateHe agreed for us to come out and sent up an appointmentOn May 28, we sent out an electrician to trouble shoot a wiring issue with Mr*** poolOur electrician trouble shot and found that there were broken wires that fed the pool panelWe advised Mr*** that the wires would need to be traced to find any cuts so that we could repair them by splicing them back togetherHe was aware that we would need to come back to complete the workOn May 29th I personally left Mr*** a messaged advising him we would be out on June 1, at 8:AM to repair the wiresWhen we showed up on June 1st there were other electricians there repairing the wiresNo call were made to us to cancel or advise us he had found another electrician to do the jobWe did wave the trip charge for June 1, however he is still responsible for the service call on May 28, This invoice is valid as we diagnosed and found the electrical issue. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The statement made by Britt is not true. I had [redacted] electric out initially, and they identified that wires were broken under ground. I then had a second company, [redacted] come out, and provide amother estimate, which I also found to be too high. Neither company charged me for an estimate.  Hoping to find someone cheaper, I then contacted Executive, and told them I needed an estimate on replacing my service, which they said would be a free estimate as well. They said that they could potentially trace the broken wires, instead of replacing. I declined, as I was unsure if I was comfortable with that type of repair. I did not have an electric repair the service at all, but instead ran a new service myself. No appointment was made for them to come back, so I'm not sure what she is talking about at all when she claims to have some to my house and seen "other electrains doing the work".  I purchased the wire and trenched it in. The wire came from wise way electric , and the trencher came from arts rental. I never agreed to any charges, either verbal or in writing, I never was advised of any charges, and if I continue to receive these erronus bills I will have no choice but to take legal measures to protect my rights against these unfounded invoices.
