On January 19, the client signed up for our services where our Terms & Conditions are explicitly stated:
Terms & Notes: Targeted phone verified lead generation program with liquid capital and geography filtersAfter initial prepayment of $leads will be billed at a discounted
rate of $ea., to credit card on file, at the end of the month in which they’re deliveredNon qualified leads may be returned for replacement to ***Program may be cancelled with days written noticeBar Louie will be included in our “Live Call Transfer” program at no additional charge*** *** will be your “Client Success Manager” & will create your profile and filters.To date, we have delivered leads and billed for 47, so have been replacedPlease have the client reach out to *** *** to replace any additional invalid leads:
