Live in sub standard housebathroom floor rotted out, wiring fire in October 2017, heat system over years old, will not heat house, trickle of water in Kitchen sink, windows falling out of house! They are not reputable for sure! Ask for carbon monoxide detectors none yetthey finally added smoke detectors after wiring fire in basement still have not finished that work its November!

On Nov my apt was burglarized the authorities were notified the night of the incident and the property manger was notified on the 8thOn the 8th per management I was told my front door would be replaced w/in a week Here I am days later being given every excuse as to why my door will not be replaced until Mon Nov, days later! My daughter and I have not slept in the apt since it was broken into and this procrastination is hindering me from having the security system placed on the front doorI was told the maintenance man " [redacted] " (who I might add was the last known person in my apt, who has yet to be question by the apt manager or the authorities) have 6/people ahead of me that have been waiting several days! Again I have been waiting days to live in a place that is paid for! In my opinion I should have priority considering a "patch work job" was done on the door in order for me to secure the apt and my rent is paid on time up to date and have NEVER given these p

It could also fall under repair issuesWe signed our first lease agreement November We were unhappy with the issues going on with the house and rent cost with no updates on damaged appliances, but we could not find any available rentals within our price rangeSo, we signed another lease in November A few months before our year lease was up in 2016, we requested a meeting to discuss issues with the house or a lower rent if we were going to have to remain with the same appliances and problemsWe explained we wanted to do this before signing another leaseWe were initially told we could go month to month after the first year lease without any rental increaseSince we received no new lease agreement as we had in 2015, our assumption was that we were now no longer contracted to stay for a full yearAs long as we gave a thirty day notice, we were still within guidelines of what was asked from us on day oneClose to the third week in March, we received a letter from [redacted]
