On the complaint in question:
Our first contact was in SEPT 1, and his issue was having no air conditioning to his rental homeWe performed and through cleaning, cleared out his drain lines to prevent further water damage in the
basement and at that time the system was operational
Our second contact was on FEB 4, on which he requested to speak with me the owner and wanted to relate the no heating issue he was having to the previously repaired AC issue and wanted our work on the second visit to be freeI told him noAfter a little bad mouthing from him I agreed to diagnose the issue myself, If it might have been a issue with our work it would be no charge, If not I would let him know what issues there were and cost for repairs
The issue with his heater was in the controls governing the electric heat strips which were rusted and therefore failedThis had nothing to do with our previous service call on the AC system over months ago
In turn I quoted him a cost for repairs of which he agreed and after those repairs were made and ALSO showed him it was operational he paid the bill
Our last contact was March I called him the next day and his voicemail said the mailbox was full and disconnectedsubsequent calls to him were met with the same result and after receiving this letter of notification od course we tried again with no luckAt that time sent a text to his phone number of record which apparently went thru but again no answer
As far as services we have provided they have been professional and performed correctly

I have only called executive air about one problemThe air conditioner was not cooling the homeI called what I thought were professionals to diagnose the problemUnfortunately the problem was never properly diagnosedI called the company after both failed services to let them know the air was still not cooling properlyI did not think they would do the right thing, and that's okI have since called a knowledgeable professional who, surprise surprise, fixed the problem in one day, and guess what, it's exactly what I said it was from day oneOne of the heat strips was kicking on at the same time as the ACI believe this company has proven in the last letter that it's customer service is lacking, due to the fact it can't manage to call back the same day, I think their in the wrong businessI will continue to inform as many people as I can about their lack of job knowledge and poor customer service

To this day we have still not received a phone call in response to our numerous calls to him regarding this issue as we have no way to leave a message due to his mailbox being full every time we callIf his ultimate and only wish is to " get his money back" I feel it is wrong and it looks a lot like hush moneyIf he is not physically able to answer the phone or attempt to call us back on an issue is clearly not a customer issue on our part
In closing If he wants his "money back" he can come by my office any time he is physically able to do soIf he can, he can call my office to inform us of the time and dayI will also have a letter which he will sign stating that the issue has been resolved amicably

My address is XXXXX nw *** *** *** *** XXXXXI'm very rarley in OKC, and I do not have the time or money to drive to the city for such a small amount of moneyIf executive heat and air wants to resolve this issue, the amount of money I have asked for is very little considering the time and money I have lost in dealing with this companyThey would like me to drive 4hr, and spend $in gas money so that they don't have to walk to the mail boxThat's what I call customer serviceThere is no amount of money that will cause me to give this company a good report
