I am rejecting this response because: I am not sure how to respond since I am getting mixed messages, Will we met to discuss or l not. Did they see any of the problems or not.I do want to thanks EH for pointing out  "lack of poor maintenance"  (LPM) as this LPM confirm my issue of a bad looking yard on the right side of my lot due to a slit not being installed. Result to mud and water running down the right side of my yardAt no time has anyone from EH stopped by to talk with me at about my complaint. The mud spots, dead plants, trampled grass and elimination of the mulch  in my front yard was the result of the installation of the water line/water meter by construction workers hired by EH.  
I would welcome a 1-1 with EH to discuss. Thanks

I am rejecting this response because: If EH would aerate, seed  (including back corner) sod the front where water meter/water line installed and reimburse me for the plants and mulch destroyed  (12.98 x 3 + 3.97 x 2 =46.98) - that would be acceptable.

Executive Homes will meet with the owner and spread grass seed with the approval of the owner. Picture of lawn is attached.
