We haved lived in our home built by Executive Homes for a year We built a house in The Ridge in Owasso Oklahoma In this neighborhood, there is no city sewar hookup so we were required to install a aerobic septic system In the last year during periods of heavy rain, our septic system backs up into the house The issue is due to grading the yard in such a way that water pools over the septic tank Executive refuses to correct the problem The position is that they do not cover grading in their warranty This is absolute b*** when you pay this much for a house and you can't use anything in the house when it rains because it could cause the septic to back up We have called Roto Rooter three times to unblock the lines under the house I would highly recommend that you use someone else to build your house They refuse to fix our issue
