I also apologize if our hotel guest services team was not clear in our stated charges for the garage or parking fees and the minimal time required for the valet service to retrieve your car. The hotel and garage charges per 24 hours from the time one issues their car to the garage, [redacted] may have been two nights at the hotel but longer than 48 hours in the garage. This has since been adjusted to your hotel invoice and was not charged.
Lastly, in relation to any parking ticket from the meter, [redacted] had my contact information since your departure in May 2015 where if a parking ticket was under our control, our hotel would be happy to review the reimbursement of such. However, since this is the first notice of such I would suggest that [redacted] contact me directly urgently to resolve such.
