Good dayMy name is Anthony K [redacted] I must apologize the owner Anthony B [redacted] has had some personal family issues and has been unavailableI do not know the situation but do know that we agreed not to plow this addressI will forward a refund from the company checking account by Monday January 30, This will give me time to get the appropriate signatureI am sorry for the delay and lack of communication as I was unaware of this issue

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
I reject the response from the business The damage to Sprinkler line was discovered when the Sprinkler line was turned on I did not do any repair of law damage around that area at all (Also, how can filling in soil into holes cause damage to Sprinkler line? ) Then, it was observed, photographed, and the Sprinkler line repairer verified, that the Snow Plow Stake hole was punctured right into the Sprinkler line Again, I did not do any lawn-damage repair work anywhere near the area of Sprinkler damage (far end, right corner, of driveway).I mentioned Race because the business (Tony of Executive Landscaping who I believe is an Italian American) fixed the damage he caused to the next door property, whose owner is also a Italian American, after just one phone call and one visitation Tony never responded to any of my multiple phone calls any multiple emailsThe damage to the neighbor was done later than the damages on my property -- yet,Tony of Executive Landscaping fixed the neighbor's damage timely and ignored mine completely until this Revdex.com complaint and he still refuses to fully compensate for his careless workBottom line is: Tony Executive Landscaping IGNORED my multiple emails and phone calls Does it sound like bull? I feel that this guy is a bigoted racist from the way he IGNORES me and from NEVER FIXING THE DAMAGES OR NEVER COMPENSATING FOR THE DAMAGES
Regards,
*** ***

First to even say racial is total bull. I cant believe this was said. Yes we accepted responsibility for the basketball hoop. The hoop, according to Mr***, was his children's that have since fine of to school. So it's older, a little rusty and usedTotal value new is
$He complained about the lawn but never called until after he "fixed" the rutsHis own words were not to worry about the hoop or the ruts just fix his neighbors fence. We did. I only offered seasons plow service in exchange for the hoop and his inconvenienceThen he calls weeks later about his sprinkler line. Seems to me he just wants to blame us for any and all damage. My guess is he damaged it himself when he repaired the lawn himself instead of calling me to begin with. I now no longer will do any services at his home due to his ignorant, rude, obnoxious comment about race. I will offer him no apology for anything and $for the hoop. Even though his signed contract clearly states we are not responsible for anything "basketball hoops are mentioned", left in the driveway area

First I would like to apologize.  It is no excuse, and this isnt how we do business. Last year I contracted an infection that I fought for approximately 8 months. After 5 surgeries I was finally clear on September 3,2015. That day I was in an automobile accident. I had significant damage to my...

shoulder, neck and lower back. More surgery.  I was put on pain medication.  I do believe the pain medication was to blame for many of the mistakes I made this year.  I felt as though I was in a daze. When I realized whatbtheybwere doing to me I left for Florida to family the end of February.  Im truly sorry I vaguely remember this issue and had to go back into my email to refresh my memory.  If it would be acceptable I would like to offer a full refund as follows. $150.00 right away and $150.00 April 1. I would also like to provide free plowing service for the 2016/2017 winter season to show that not only is this not the service we provide but I am truly sorry and will always go above to rectify a problem.

First, I am German, Irish and Polish. Had I been told or had the opportunity prior to the repair I would have come right out just like we do for all of our customers. I do not know the nationality of Mr [redacted] nor do I care. I truly feel this is ridiculous. I would still keep my word and plow for 2 years for free for the basketball hoop and sprinkler damage. 2 years plowing is approximately  $600.00 and that is considerably more than the value of the hoop and the repairs to the system. I have NEVER received a copy of the bill for the repairs or conformation from the sprinkler company that it was in fact punctured by our plow stake. I will no longer entertain this frivolous complaint by an ignorant person such as this. I habe, and always will accept responsibility for damage we cause. eg. the neighbor and the basketball hoop. I went above and beyond. The sprinkler and the accusations of being a racist are the final straw .  Have a wonderful day.

30, 2017. This will give me time to get the appropriate signature. I am sorry for the delay and lack of communication as I was unaware of this issue.
