Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I have emails from the company stating not there was a contract that we did not sign nor received [redacted] was the one who booked but I payed for the event and I have word from her that she did book two buses at firstAnd there was no aux in the bus, the driver stated that the usually get TakenThey offered me $dollars which is $a person I declined and asked for $which is reasonableThe bus originally costed I have messages from him stating that I'm threatening him which I was not in any wayI am will to work with this company but he said we will let the court decideHe has been very difficult to work with.Sincerely, [redacted]

We never had a reservation for two buses with this gentleman ***We had a inquiry by a gal name *** *** who we have done business with a number of times and we advised her that we were booked and we would give them contact information of another company or they could chose to go with the
other company for the eventThey chose to go to the other company for there busIn addition *** called me back and we agreed to rent her a passenger bus of which we provided her with serviceWe have no formal contracts with this gentlemen and I ask that he provide both you and I with a contract for servicesI spoke with the other company they used and our driver of both explained the stereo was working and the kids couldn't get the stereo to pair up to the blue tooth hands free option but a auxiliary cord was there for them to useHere is the email response that we send and I can forward you the original copy
We have responded to you *** and asked you to call me on the Friday and never heard back from youIn addition you called the owner on a Sunday night to his personal phone not the business phoneI also asked you what you wanted for a refund and the total of $isn't going to and won't happen as I don’t have a rental contract with you first of allYou took the services for the full hours and if you have a service related issue you refuse service you don’t eat the meal and complain afterwards. I explained to you initially that we would be willing to work with you on a credit but if you have our contract we don't do cash credits we do service credits so I'll let you respond to me with how you would like to receive your creditI spoke with both bus drivers from the two companies and buses that you had and I myself checked the stereo on our bus and it was working the next dayI know we found alcohol in the bus the next day of which we don't condone or allow with minorsWe look forward to reviewing your contract with us and how you would like to rectify the situation.Best regardsExecutie Limousine Services***

And there was no aux in the bus, the driver stated that the usually get Taken. They offered me $80.00 dollars which is $5.00 a person I declined and asked for $160.00 which is reasonable. The bus originally costed 432.00. I have messages from him stating that I'm threatening him which I was not in any way. I am will to work with this company but he said we will let the court decide.
