At the end of our conversation I told him that I was filing a complaint with the Revdex.com and filing a VISA disputeHe then informed me that I was being recordedplease ask him for this recording then I can press charges as it is illegal to record a phone conversation without all parties knowing at the beginningI am still requesting a full $refund from this fraudulent companySincerely, [redacted]

Brother Appliance did a repair service for above customer on 02/18/We received the lead for this service from our partner company The Appliance RepairmanThe appliance
repairman received her information and booked the appointment, to book the appointment they charge a service fee of either $for cash or $for credit cardShe was paying with cash so the service fee was $The ending total for the service we provided is $which covered $for labor, $for parts, and $for taxour technician made a mistake and only subtracted $from the total instead of the full $the customer realised this mistake weeks after the job was finished and called our company asking for a full refund of $we explained that she was already refunded $but we were more than happy to give her a $refund which would then cover the full amount of the service fee she was chargedThe customer refused our offer of a $refund and she demanded the full $backWe tried again explained to her that she was already partially refunded but we are going to refund her the $so the $service fee would then betaken care ofShe still refused and demanded a $refundAt this point she was extremely upset that we were not complying with her demand and she hung up the phoneWe have received no further contact from this customerWe will send *** *** a refund of $Sincerely Kristina G*** office Manager Brother Appliance 317-941-

I tried to respond to this claim, but it did not go thru. I am not satisfied with this response.
First of all, even these charges on the response are wrong and not what my receipt say. My labor was 120 then changed to 175 and I was told labor would be around $100, my parts were $115. I believe that the company added $55 to my labor bill to then give me a $55 credit. I believe this is fraud and again if I would have been told the total to fix my dishwasher was $320+ I would not have allowed the company to fix my dishwasher. I am still requesting the $80 I was wrongly charged or they may come get the dishwasher motor they installed and refund the whole $320. Secondly, I was upset when I spoke with the owner, but I never hung up on him! At the end of our conversation I told him that I was filing a complaint with the Revdex.com and filing a VISA dispute. He then informed me that I was being recorded. please ask him for this recording then I can press charges as it is illegal to record a phone conversation without all parties knowing at the beginning. I am still requesting a full $80 refund from this fraudulent company.
