[redacted] enrolled in the Real Estate Sales License
program on March 11, 2014 for $411 Tuition for one year enrollment per BRE
Regulations.
class="MsoNormal">On March 12, 2014 we emailed [redacted] the instructions to
start the program and advised her to call our office to walk her through in starting
the program.  She never called back, we
followed up with phone calls and emails with no response.  On March 18, Paula was finally able to reach her.
[redacted] logged in and agreed to the $25 down payment and monthly automatic debits
for 5 months at $65 and 1 month for $61 on her credit card. She also agreed to the
Enrollment Policy and Tuition Terms.
We followed up with [redacted] by phone and emails & advised
her to finish with her first Course, messages were left on 05/13/14, 06/03/14,
06/10/14, 06/24/14, and 07/08/14.
Finally on July 18, Paula Jeffreys spoke with [redacted]
and advised her to get started & [redacted] replied that she had been “Really
Busy”.  On July 23 she was sent another
Welcome Letter (Instructions to get started) never replied.  August 17th & August 18th
we left her a voicemail message with no response.
Her Payments started to decline, we emailed her credit card
decline notices with no response, we also left her messages from the Accounting
Department on 8/29/14, 09/30/14, 10/20/2014, and 10/30/14.  She finally responded to my email on October
31, 2014 requesting we stop all payments. We immediately stopped the automatic
payments until further notice.
However, we continued to provide her with student service.  Our Service
Department called [redacted] and left messages on:  10/21/14, 11/12/14, 12/3/14 and 1/22/15 to remind her to finish the
courses and to call back for assistance.
On January 22, 2015 we finally reached [redacted], at that time we
reminded her that she had 1 year enrollment per BRE regulations to complete the
courses. That really made her upset and requested a refund of the money paid
towards her enrollment. We explained she was over the 8 day cancellation policy
which she had agreed too on March 18, 2014 & that we provided her with the online materials & service. She accessed her virtual classroom 13 times.  She was outraged and very
demanding.
On January 23, 2015, despite the 8 day cancellation policy
and despite that we provided her with student service and was not eligible for a refund, upper Management decided
to approve the refund for $225. We called and left multiple message notifying her of the
refund and that she needed to call us back to confirm the mailing address with
no response.  I also emailed her on
January 27th requesting to call me or email me the mailing address
where she wanted us to mail her the cashier’s check.  She finally replied on February 27, 2015
confirming the mailing address. (I’ve attached copy of email) We sent the
Cashier’s Check by UPS on March 3, 2015 and notified [redacted] by email on
March 4, 2015.
I’m attaching a copy of the Cashier’s Check for $225 dated
January 23, 2015 & a copy of the email sent on January 27th
notifying [redacted] of the refund. This email was sent after we had attempted to
contact her by phone multiple times. The Cashier’s check was ready 1 month
before [redacted] filed the complaint with the Revdex.com dated 2/23/15.
We have resolved this issue to the student’s best interest
and we request that you close this complaint.
Than you,

Complaint: 10462376
I am rejecting this response because: The MAIN reason I complained was not just that they initially REFUSED to refund me my money because I filed a claim thru my bank and they happily agreed to refund me if the business did not do it. It was the MANNER in which they RANDOMLY and WITHOUT authorization made several withdrawals on dates and for amounts NOT AGREED UPON!!! They would just dip into my account at their leisure in attempts to DESPERATELY COLLECT THEIR MONEY!!! They had 0 RESERVATIONS of accessing my account and WITHDRAWING FUNDS!!!! I sometimes needed money for diapers for baby and found myself at store crying because they declined my purchase and having to investigate why I had no money, I agreed upon $65 dollars a month. If the funds were not available and rejected that apparently was not indication enough that I could NOT afford to continue! They went ahead and looked into my account and when funds were available they withdrew SEVERAL TIMES $20! Another $20! Then $10!!! I'm a single mom with a BABY! Trying to better my life and this RUTHLESS COMPANY! Seeing I work my so HARD everyday to support me and baby were not satisfied enough with not getting their money they would take my little $20! My little $10! They just kept going and going !!! I emailed a few times for them to STOP with no success finally once they emptied my account they stopped because there was NO MORE MONEY TO TAKE! That is my complaint !
Regards,
[redacted]

Great experience, I received training from Executive Programs and passed my state test on my first try!!!!!
