If you rent from this management company, please keep in mind that they are very unfair when it comes to your money.Very BAD business ethics
You must pay $for any repairs and when lease is up the Property Manager "John ***" at Executive Rental Homes will do everything to keep your depositI had professional carpet cleaner in and he out right said we didn't, even after submitting a receipt.Patched all picture holes in walls and cleaned kitchen spotlessI don't want to have anyone else go through thisIn my Opinion both "John ***" and Executive Rental Homes are theifs and sole the $from my deposit

My husband and I started renting from executive homes rentals in 2008.
We met with a very courteous and patient office staff, during our lease signing, they took the time to answer all of our questions and to make sure we understood everything.

During our time with executive home Rentals 2008 to present which is February 2017 we have had to call for maintenance a couple of times.

The maintenance crew that come to our home are very professional and friendly. They also take the time to explain what needs to be done how long it will take and what we can expect. When we've called for maintenance we have had maintenance return our call within an hour and someone at our house that day. They have always cleaned up after themselves and protected my belongings while there.

If you find yourself looking for a home to rent I highly recommend working with this wonderful group of people. The houses they have available are very well-maintained and are up to date on maintenance not just when you move in but for the duration you're there they truly understand it's not just a house its your home!
