No communication regarding listings. Customer service number goes directly to voicemail repeatedly. Messages that I leave go unanswered.
At the end of May, beginning of June 2019, I agreed to list 4 weeks of my timeshare getaway weeks with Executive Resorts Network, for a listing and maintenance fee of approx. $1,400. I was told that buyers were standing by and that all sales of my weeks would take place between 75 and 90 days. After speaking with customer service reps, I was assured that things were moving along and that I would be receiving emails to verify my listings and to view them online. No emails or status updates were sent. Now, over 110 days since my initial purchase and supposed listings, I have continually attempted to speak with a customer service representative, and every time I call the number, I receive a voicemail. I have left several messages which have gone unanswered. When I call the number for the salesperson I listed with, I am told that they cannot do anything but that they can transfer me to customer service, or a manager will call me back. I have never received a callback from a manager, and the customer service line continues to go to voicemail. This is unacceptable, and the more time passes, and the more I try to resolve this with the company, the more I begin to believe that this business model is a scam or some sort of rouse. I understand I signed a contract that sales are not guaranteed, but to not even receive updates, or speak to a representative that can help with issues is absurd. I don't even have proof that my weeks were posted, therefore I cannot verify if Executive Resorts Network held up their end of the bargain.
I would either like to be shown proof that my weeks have been listed for the agreed-upon time, and to be explained why they have not been sold, or I would like a refund of my payment for the postings and the maintenance fee, for I have no proof ERN maintained their side of the agreed-upon deal.

We have previously corresponded with the individual who filed the complaint to a valid email address to which he provided. In addition to that we have a signed contract with the individual agreeing to allow us no less than 180 days from the date of signing the contract(dated July 2, 2019). This individual has our valid contact information, email address and address and have received no communication from him outside of this complaint thru Revdex.com. Please see the attached documents.
