Executive Resumes

Review: I hired [redacted] on April 3,2015 to do my resume. I asked her to put through the initial deposit on April 9,2015. She said she can have my resume ready and done in two weeks which is the reason why I hired her. She had everything she needed from me by April 10,2015 She didn't give me full service by the time she promised. I kept calling her regarding status of my resume and she apologize for not having it ready or done! She finally sent me a draft on April 24,2014 the only reason I receive it is because I kept calling her. I received the draft I was appalled by the quality. The format did not look professional. The dates were not aligned. The way you combined sentences into one bullet did not go well. The two sentences she wrote under the job title did not seem to match. These were issue that I notice immediately. This was only the resume. I haven't even seen the cover letter yet. She told me over the phone that the corrections would be a quick fix. I disagree that a 'quick fix' well provide me with a professional resume. The fact is that she did not provide me with the full service y the time she promised. I felt like I was constantly calling her and reaching out to her regarding the status of my resume. She seems to have to much going on between traveling and time limits while she was here to provide me with what I was looking for. I understand her concern that I could possible take the work that you did and still use it to my benefit. I guarantee you that I would never do that because of my respect to the honor system, because I did not pay for it, and because I am not pleased with the quality. I have made my final decision that I do not want her services. I put in a dispute with my bank for the deposit paid. I would appreciate her compliance in returning the money since I did not receive the services promised.Desired Settlement: Returning my deposit to the bank
