Review: I rented a unit with Executive Mini Storage. On 3/22/16 I went to the location and was informed by [redacted] & [redacted] that my unit was sold. She stated that a lien notice was sent to the address on file. I did not receive any notice. The address on file is my parents home which they have lived there for over 50 years. I asked them for a copy of the lien notice and they stated that they didn't have to give me a copy and that they did not have my file. I asked them when and for how much they sold my unit. [redacted] because very hostile and stated that there was [redacted] in my unit. I told her that was not true and if I did how would she know unless she had been through my personal belogings. [redacted] was rude and told me that I had pee on thier office chair and that the chair had to be replaced, that also was not true. I then asked them for the owners information and they said they did not have to give me any info. [redacted] then hung a sign stating that they can refuse service to anybody. All my personal property was in the unit. I did not receive any notices by mail or by email which they have on record. She stated they needed that unit.Desired Settlement: I would like copies of all notices that they said they sent. I also want all my personal property returned or replaced and information regarding the sale of my unit. I do not believe that the unit was auctioned as they stated.

I am rejecting this response because: the date that I went to Executive Mini Self Storage located on Freeport Blvd, Sacramento, Ca was on March 25, 2016 approximately 1:30 p.m. I had called originally prior to me going to the place of business when [redacted] told me that my unit had been sold/auction. At that time, I requrst [redacted] and [redacted] to provide me copies of the letters they state that were mailed out to me. [redacted] responded by saying that they didn't have my records any longer. I asked when they had the sale/auction and [redacted] stated January 28, 2016. I again told them that I had not received any letters or notifications. The address on file is my parents address whom they have lived there for over 50 years and they have never experienced any problems receiving any mail. [redacted] went on to say that I had [redacted] in my unit which is not true. She further stated that I had come into the office and urinated on the office chair. That also was untrue. Again, before I left the business I again wanted to know the name of the person who had auctioned my personal property and asked how much they sold the unit for. [redacted] then pointed to a sign that read something to the fact that they can refuse service to anybody. I told them that I was a customer since I had rented a unit at that facility. I also asked who was the owner of the business, and they both refused to give me any information.

Review: Management at storage where I have my property confronted me on 3-9-14 regarding pills he said he found all over the grounds and in front of my unit asking if I dropped them all over I said no he fronted me again on 3-10-14 stating he saw on storage video me dropping pills all over the unit area and claimed the owner wanted me out immediately.I have had other issues with management (bill bays)he confronted me about wood material missing he said the storage owner said I can't hang around my unit all day any longer I never did he continually checked up on me when I went to my storage unit he was aggressive towards me almost threatening like regarding pills calling me a lair when I tried to defend myself on this issue I am afraid of him I have bi-polar and schzophrenia afraid he is going to do something to me he ordered me to be out by the 15 of this month I am currently disabled on social security.Desired Settlement: To give me additional 30days to move and refrain com harassing me in any form

The Customer in question was caught sleeping in his unit, urinating in the corner by his unit, We've had 2 complaints that people can't get to there units because he has stuff all over the hallway, The wood I never accused him of taking it I simply asked him if he seen who took it, and the Pills I asked him if he new where they came from because we picked a big pile of them up in the drive way then a few more in the same hallway his unit is in. Another tenant came to us and told us that he seen [redacted] drop the pills and pointed them out to him and he still just left them. So when I approached him and asked him again where the pills came from he still lied to me about it so I told him that was the last straw and asked him to move out.
