We are sorry for the issues that you experienced with [redacted] but they are an outside company that has their own billing policies and proceduresThe company provides billing details in the device that we provide and we also inform parents when the device is placed on the patientPer [redacted] they are contracted with all insurances but in some instances there may be issuesMy representative from [redacted] was contacted immediately once we received the phone call regarding the device and the issue was resolved promptly with the patient not having to pay anything out of pocket for the deviceOur reach only extends so far when it comes to outside companies and their billing policies but again, the issue was resolved promptly and fairlyWe have used this monitoring company for over years and have never had any issues with them or patients in regards to billingAnytime a question is asked we relay it to their company and then someone on their end reaches out to resolve the issue as we can not on our endWe were not in violation of any insurance contracts as we also were told by [redacted] that they are contracted with all insurancesIf something ever does happen that should have been resolved on our end, the patient will never be chargedHowever, our financial policy that all parents sign, does state that it is the parents responsibility to know their insurance and what is and is not covered and we are always more than willing to work with patients and parents in regards to codes and contacting insurances if they have any questions or concerns regarding a service providedAgain, we are sorry for the inconvenience but we are glad that the issue was resolved and per the patients mother they are satisfied with the outcome
