Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Whoever it may concern: I tried to resolve this issue with Martin, however he is unwilling to pay me 1,undocumted from the purchase order and possible taxesI wasted time and gas to confront him and gave him a second chance to resolve his wrong doingI am now going to explore other options as well as disputing this issueI strongly believe Martin I [redacted] will never own up to his wrong doing and if confronted with a business practice issue, he will simply lie bold faced about it along with his coworker OlegMartin tried to guilt me in to bring back the car and the fake payment of that he wrote downI disagree on his terms that are not genuineIf anything I wouldn't trust Martin, because he will say one thing on a telephone conversation then lie up front or in writing he would sound agreeableHe knows his limits enough to take advantage of people who are vulnerable as customersI tried, I gave this business owner a second chance in making things rightMartin I [redacted] has unfair business practices that are morally wrong, not ethical as wellThere is no second chances with Martin I [redacted] , again I drove down from Seattle out of my busy schedule only to find that he was scheming again with this contract Sincerely, [redacted] ***

I spoke with [redacted] over the phone about this issue and invited her to come to my place of business, here in Federal Way, so we can talk about it and get this misunderstanding resolvedDue to her busy schedule, she agreed to meet sometime before Sunday, April 17th

*** was offered a deal to which she agreedAll paperwork was done in transparent and clear mannerNo cover ups, or hold backsThe next day she wrote a complaint saying it was not a deal she agreed toI offered her to take the car back and refund all the money, she refusedThere are no other options at this point

I tried to resolve this issue with Martin, however he is unwilling to pay me 1,495.00 undocumted from the purchase order and possible taxes. I wasted time and gas to confront him and gave him a second chance to resolve his wrong doing. I am now going to explore other options as well as disputing this issue. I strongly believe Martin I[redacted] will never own up to his wrong doing and if confronted with a business practice issue, he will simply lie bold faced about it along with his coworker Oleg. Martin tried to guilt me in to bring back the car and the fake payment of 1795.00 that he wrote down. I disagree on his terms that are not genuine. If anything I wouldn't trust Martin, because he will say one thing on a telephone conversation then lie up front or in writing he would sound agreeable. He knows his limits enough to take advantage of people who are vulnerable as customers. I tried, I gave this business owner a second chance in making things right. Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: I thought it was a deal since I paid 3295.00 in cash, however it would have been a deal had Martin been truthful and not covered up the purchase order and not scam me by putting a different amount. I negotiated the fifty dollars, which Martin said it was for me, and the free oil change was due to paying 3,295.00. However, he put down on the purchase order of 1795.00 in cash- it was not a deal after all. Again, unfair business practices and I tried to reason with him and he acted as if I didn't pay that amount. Sincerely,[redacted]
