Exer Urgent Care

I had gone to the facility to be evaluated for a prescription which has refills, they did not write the refill properly.

My letter to the company is below:

I had recently visited your facility due to a change in my insurance information and the physician I had been seeing for two years was not in network.
Your reception area and clinical space is quite nice and was a breath of fresh air.
I booked an appointment for my husband and myself that day.
We had been assisted by a wonderful representative of the facility, *** she was kind, patient and very knowledgeable. Interestingly enough there was another person at the counter that day who was not very happy to be there, I would have my own personal contact with him today and it would be confirmed that it put a bad taste in my mouth to have to deal with someone who is curt and seemingly annoyed that he would have to assist anyone, potentially this role he is overseeing is beneath him?

The service I was in need of was for a renewal of my prescription, I spoke with *** about this recurring medication I needed to have daily, as well, I spoke with the medical professionals who had seen me to qualify the prescription. One would think you would receive a refill for something that is needed daily and this was discussed with every person I had seen that day.
The prescription was not managed properly and not sent to the right pharmacy, it was then lost and *** did recover the information and contacted the pharmacist promptly to rectify the issue.
However, today I called in for my prescription only to learn that the medical staffer had not written refills for this non narcotic medication, when I phoned to discuss the matter, ***, your staff member reported to me that the facility does not give refills. I am completely out of my prescription and in a full detox from not having my necessary meds.
Shouldn't someone have said this when I was there so I could make a decision to find a different medical facility to facilitate or make arrangements to accommodate this issue?

*** let me know in his intolerant demeanor which made the issue all the more unsatisfactory, that I would have to come back in again to get my prescription refilled, is this really the case?
I have worked with medical professionals in an executive marketing capacity along with medical billing companies and I sense a red flag with this issue.
If your intention is to bill insurance $500 for each visit plus the consumer $50 for each visit you may want to rethink your policy on writing prescriptions of this type.

I would like to hear from you very soon about the policy structure and why this took place so I can update.
I am going to be detoxing and not able to drive, not having my medication will cause a dire situation which will render me unable to drive to a doctor, when I am finally able to locate one within such short notice that is able to see me to properly refill my prescription.
These are poor measures from your staff and your policy is deplorable.
