Review: In Fall 2013 I was able to cancel my Membership through a woman named [redacted] who is no longer with the agency. She also had me come in to drop off a letter to place in the file. She emailed me to tell me I would be billed for November and December and that would be it. Come January 2013, I was billed for Membership and I have called on NUMEROUS occassions to resolve this issue and I was told that [redacted] is no longer employed there and they did not have any record of the emails and letter I dropped off that was placed in the file cancelling my Membership. I was told the owner/boss "[redacted]" would be calling me to resolve the issue. I have called 2 times in 3 weeks when I did not hear back and to date, I still have not heard back. I was told that there was an employee there who "vaguely remembers" the conversation between [redacted] and I and that [redacted] would look into it and get back to me. To date, noone has gotten back to me.Desired Settlement: Cancel my Gym Membership and stop billing me. I was told it could be cancelled by [redacted] even though it is a 12 month membership. She TOLD ME in would not be an issue and I did everything she asked me to do. Thanks.

Review: I signed up for a 3 month trial for myself and family however I was never given a contract or copy of one. I canceled my membership before it was over but owner now stating you need more advanced notice to cancel trying to now bill both myself wife and daughter for fees plus late fees. My wife and daughter never signed a contract, and he put in the wrong email for me and never sent me a copy. One of the owners also inappropriately hugged my wife when she was there trying to cancel our membership. They are now harassing us by email for payment and saying after months now corrected the email. and sent a copy of the contract insisting it doesn't matter. The owner originally offered to give my wife all our money back and she said no just cancel our membership he kept refusing to do so.Desired Settlement: to end the membership as requested in the letter drop additional monthly charge for all three as well as late charges.
