I am [redacted] the Owner of Exhale Bikes and I have never met [redacted] or have ever had contact with [redacted] I have only observed him coming into Exhale Bikes weeks prior to this incidentAt that time he was looking for us to move his cassette over from one wheel to another wheel [redacted] who is the Manager of the Store, and the gentlemen who the incident occurred with when the police were called, also did the work on the cassette swapDuring this time [redacted] removed the cassette, cleaned the cassette and put them back on the wheelsAt this time [redacted] asked why he put a 10spd back on his bike and he proceeded to explain to him that’s what came off of his wheels, he said no mine had an 11spd [redacted] looked up the specs on his original equipment with customer present and it stated it was 10spd, as what was taken off, and put in our cleaning tank, to be put back on his wheelAt that point he was happy and satisfied with [redacted] and our services to come back to our shop for his tune up specified in this complaintUpon the work being completed and the customer picking up his bike, right away [redacted] started pointing out work that was not done with our Manager ***, [redacted] offered to put the bike in the stand and go over all of the work that was done on the bike in detailThe customer refused, grabbed his bike, and said I guess I will pay $for work you say was done to my bikeThe customer proceeded to come back into the shop later that evening when he was the greeted by the Store Manager, ***Where [redacted] pointed out to [redacted] the work that was done and [redacted] the customer still at this point was very disgruntle and argumentative with him [redacted] then turned to leave in which he struck [redacted] with his bicycle when turning his bicycle around in a very aggressive mannerAt this point [redacted] then asked [redacted] to please leave, never raising his voice or cursing at him [redacted] said he was going to call the cops and [redacted] said to please do soOfficer [redacted] # [redacted] with [redacted] Precinct ###-###-####, came out to this incident, Incident # [redacted] - FI# [redacted] She got all of the statements from the customers/witnesses in the shop and all of their statements matched each others, the only one that didn’t match was [redacted] ’s statementThe Officer then proceeded to look at our video camera, which we authorized and saw the the entire recording of what played outAt this time she stated she was asking [redacted] to leave the premises for him acting out and being disgruntleThis is not the first defamation [redacted] has made toward our shop and I feel this is fraudulent and he is just looking for something free as he slanders our name and our workWe’ve been in business for almost years and have not had one complaint on the Revdex.comWe strive for integrity and on what’s doing right and making things right when in fact we are at fault or feel something went wrongWe want our name cleared from all defamation
