I turned to German Auto Repair on 3/21/to get a diagnostic service on my Mercedes Benz Sdue to me noticing my vehicle was not running correctly.After the repair shop calling about hours later saying that they were done and I could come and pick up my vehicle because they were unable to make any repairs because of internal failure issuesSo on the next morning I picked my vehicle up I asked for a copy of the report, me not knowing what a diagnostic report really was, they gave me a receipt which stated diagnostic services, transmission slipping due to internal failure, in which it was typed on a print out receipt.The guy sitting at the desk said flat out, they just drove it and they didnt put it on a machineI contacted German Auto Repair on 3/28/and asked if I could come in to get another copy Of the report, because I had another dealer doing a diagnistic and they wanted to compare the two, they replied they didn't have it because they don't keep that type of info
