We do not believe the complaint we received came from Ms. [redacted] . The complaint does not fit in with anything we discussed with Ms. [redacted] . One of my technicians went to Ms. [redacted] ’s home on Saturday the 2nd of January to solve a noise problem. He went to... get replacement parts and installed them. At the time he finished the initial repair, the noise returned. He missed the root cause of the problem; the blower wheel caused the motor and control board to fail from vibrating. This is easy to overlook. The technician explained to the customer that the supply parts distributor was closed for the rest of the weekend and we could not get the part until Monday morning. She understood and said ok. By this time it was after 3:00 P.M. No one hung up on Ms. [redacted] at any time. She did not call us on Sunday. We called her on Monday morning and finished the repair.
