I am sorry he has had so many problems. We never did anything with the check valve. That would have been done by the shop prior to us where he said he had the work done. There was no reason for us to have checked it. We will warranty the air cleaner, which has nothing wrong with it as I understand it. We stand by the job we did and will not be willing to refund any money. The only way we could have done the job incorrectly was to have put the pump on backwards, which is impossible. close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]I am willing to accept 1500 dollars as settlement. The letter that Exit 48 Repair has typed and replied with is riddled with false statements. I purchased the part myself, because the company was unable to find it after a day and a half of "searching" and not keeping me updated with the fact they were unable to find it. Secondly, yes, they did tell me they wanted to replace the hydraulic fan with an electric one, only to be told that it would not work because the electric fan does not function the same way as the hydraulic fan that was on the motorhome. After having this motorhome in the second ship, I have been informed that there is a rather important piece of the system, noted as check valves in Exit 48 Repair's letter, missing from the motorhome completely. The system was completely bypassed, and the hydraulic motor blew the second time, also noted by Exit 48 Repair. Such an important part missing twice, I do not agree that they dutifully did their job in repairing my motorhome. This is not a part that will break randomly, as stated by the Spartan Motor company themselves.
