I used this company to sell my home and it was not a good experience. On top if their 3% they added an admin fee for 250.00 that was not disclosed verbally like the 3% was. The broker sweet talk you about their homes for heroes thus throwing you off from reading the paperwork. The only thing that counts is their commission. The closing agent is a joke- she was more on the side of the buyer. I am not saying that you should not use then but please do your homework first- ask for reference! Plus interview at least three agents.
