Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]I am willing to accept dollars as settlementThe letter that Exit Repair has typed and replied with is riddled with statementsI purchased the part myself, because the company was unable to find it after a day and a half of "searching" and not keeping me updated with the fact they were unable to find itSecondly, yes, they did tell me they wanted to replace the hydraulic fan with an electric one, only to be told that it would not work because the electric fan does not function the same way as the hydraulic fan that was on the motorhome After having this motorhome in the second ship, I have been informed that there is a rather important piece of the system, noted as check valves in Exit Repair's letter, missing from the motorhome completelyThe system was completely bypassed, and the hydraulic motor blew the second time, also noted by Exit RepairSuch an important part missing twice, I do not agree that they dutifully did their job in repairing my motorhomeThis is not a part that will break randomly, as stated by the Spartan Motor company themselves Regards, Zachary [redacted]
