Review: Dishonest, took my signatures on unfilled contract paper and later filled without asking or discussing anything, and when money issue comes tries to black mail, stay away, they seems professional cheaters. They push you to make contract with every means. Exit Kingdom is unpofessional and uncaring. You're just a commision, and that's about it. If you're looking for professionalism, courtesy and absoultely wonderful service, go with Madeleine realty. They know how to look out for you. Once you sign the contract with exit you are done, as they do not complete the contract in front of customers, rather try to push you to sign. Verbally the contract was for 30 days and they made on papers 60 days. Instead of feeling sorry they rather want to give you trouble and I feel better stay away from these guys. When I requested to void contract they refused and threatened that legally how powerful they are and how silly I am to sign without completing.Desired Settlement: They took my sign on uncompleted contract. Later they filled the contract by themselves and handed me after 3 weeks. So I am not happy with the issues they have put in contract without discussing, and this contract has already expired on 5/*/2013, according to their paper work also. So kindly help me to get the written paper from them that they are no more my broker and do not try to black mail me as I am uneducated old woman. Please help me to get rid of this company by voiding contract.
