At the real estate broker's suggestion I put a $deposit on an apartmentI found a better offer on another apartment, advised the broker and requested my deposit be reimbursedThe broker stated my deposit was non refundable now I stated that I didn't sign anything stating that my deposit was non refundable and know I'm legally entitled to my money backThe broker stated what I signed didn't state I was entitled to a refund eitherI again stated that I know I'm legally entitled to a refund and was ignored by the broker

I recently sold my property utilizing exut reality ** *** *** *** **The agent was Theresa M*** who led me to believe the sale of the property was based on 4% commission as a dual representative To find out at closing she charged me 6% and charged the buyer 1% commission without them knowingWalking away with 7% commissionAnyone looking to buy or sell a property DO NOT USE EXIT REALITY ** *** *** *** ** you'll be cheated from the beginning to the end

Review: My complaint is regarding [redacted], a realtor who works at Exit Realty, who shows nothing professional or ethical. She brought a woman to my home three times and contacted me because the woman made an offer. As time passed, I waited to find out when the potential buyer would sign the contracts. [redacted] NEVER had a pre-approval letter from her. I found this out when she called me to tell me that Potential buyer could not afford the $205,000, instead only $175,000. I was very upset, as you can imagine. I know pre-approvals are part of what is required before you submit an offer. As time passed, [redacted] NEVER updated me on anything. I called the lawyer who was handling the sale of my home and he told me that the potential buyer may be moving to Albany. Again, [redacted] told me NOTHING. The original realtor who was selling my house, also works at Exit Realty, who is very professional, called to apologize for what takin appending. What is even worse, during the time that [redacted] made me think that we had a real buyer, my husband and I found a home, got an inspection done and still waited to hear from [redacted] as to what our buyers intentions were. [redacted] never replied to my texts or phone calls. On November [redacted], my original realtor called me to tell me that the potential buyer is moving to Albany. He apologized and said how sorry he is and that he will do everything possible to sell my home, especially since we found another home that we made an offer on. I heard nothing back from [redacted]..she should be the one to have called me. She mislead me and did not follow the code of ethics that the [redacted] requires. Due to this I am filing a complaint and I am expecting for [redacted] to reimburse me for the home inspection that I had done on the home I want to purchase. It cost me $450Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded the money I spent on the home inspection which cost $450.

At this time, I have been contacted directly by Exit Realty Search regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

Exit Realty contacted me to tell me they would list my house as a feature for one week in the local paper, however, this does not refund the money I paid for an inspection that should have never been done because [redacted] did not have a pre approval letter. I am still expecting that Exit Realty refund me for the inspection price of $450.
