Properties are inspected at renewal with the tenants schedule. Updates are given out when things do change. Our lease has a built in increase every year....

We have a online system for the owners convenience.  We have been experiencing a high volume of calls and a lot of vacant properties. Each task is getting handled as soon as possible. We do apologize on the delay and we have been in more contact with this particular owner.
