application was denied because of the felony criminal report. Miss [redacted] insisted that it was not true and that it was filed incorrectly and for them to contact [redacted] Data Services, our 3rd party vendors that supplied us with this information but I was the wrong person to be yelling at. The Conversation Ended after Miss [redacted] started cursing, yelling and Treating Donato. Please know that every effort was taken to reply to Miss [redacted]s request but there was absolutely nothing we can do based on the Criminal report that denied their application.
