Review: Hello there . me and my 4 girl friend of mine visit in the rasturant I wrote the detalis . Exo Cafe in Forest hills queens ny3 of our party order solomon mango from the menu.after we got the food each one of us got totally diffrent dish.my first girl friend which celebrate her bday in the rasturant and thats was the original reason for our date there, she got the dish how it suppost to be . her mom and me got the dish totally diffret than her, we got the solomn fish very tiny- like a bit of it... and very burnning. we told the waiter about our issue on the food and the way it serve. she said she will call the manger. the manger arrive to our table and as soon she came she said "whats going on" without say hello or hi to us. me girk friend told her about the 2 orders that was very small fish inside and we already ate there before and order same dish so we know already how does it look. the manger her name was [redacted], told us im sorry thats the way its serve I cant do nothing to do! so we answer but its burn . than she said yes thats the tail of the fish thats why it burn. so I answer her- tail? I dont want to eat tail of fish. she answer someone need to eat and we serve it. sorry I cant do nothing about, but would u like something alse/ we answer yes instead of the 2 dishes of the fish we want 1 order of the stike she said ok. we got the stike it was good and we all ate it. when we got the bill we saw inside the bill she charge of for the whole saolomon fishes dishes and also the stike we ordeer. my girl friend went to her to talk to the manger and told her why would u charge us if we didnt eat it at all and thats my bday dinner and we didnt enjoy at all from the servise we got from manger ! she answer sorry I cant do nothibg and walked out ! we pay the bill and say we will never go again or recomend to nobody about this rasturant !Desired Settlement: it very important to say that the manger was very rude and disrespectfull- her name was [redacted]. if she is the manger she has to be ashame if thats the way she representive the place.I was trying to call 3 times today to the rasturant to talk with someone in top of the manger but got no answer... I left 3 msg but nobody called me .im writing this compalain cuz someone need to know about this case , it was horrible exsprince and especially when we came celebrate bday dinner
