They are bad business, when you make a report to them, they seem careless. I've rented from them for a year and for that whole summer of that year, they've never fixed the Air Conditioner, so practically we've been hot all summer, windows up and everything, by the way, their maintenance crew suck, it seems as though that they may have illegal immigrants doing maintenance work for them, so really, they can't fix anything right the American way, when I first got there my lights blew up, my air is not working, they've lied and said the guy fixed my air the other day but it never, my newborn suffered, I can go on and on, I understand you have to do what you have to do but check and make sure everything is working properly and don't rush before they start demanding money from you because that is all they care about
